| • | 2 oz. Square One Cucumber Vodka |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Kiwi Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
| • | ½ lime, juiced |
| • | 1/2 oz. agave nectar |
| • | 2 sprigs tarragon (reserve 1 for garnish) |
| • | dash of grapefruit or lemon bitters |
| • | kiwi slice for garnish |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Slap tarragon and put into bottom of mixing glass. Add all other ingredients. Shake with ice. Strain into rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with kiwi wheel with tarragon sprig pulled through the center. Serve. |
