FedEx can only make “best effort” and will not guarantee delivery. As a result, we cannot guarantee website orders will arrive on time and in optimal condition. No refunds will be given to customers with delayed or damaged orders. Placing an order in these conditions is the sole discretion of the website customer and by doing so, you agree to proceed with the potential risk of delay to your order without the possibility of a refund.

All products are PERISHABLE and will be shipped FROZEN via FedEx Standard Overnight. The Perfect Purée is not responsible for product shipments that spoil or are delayed by FedEx due to:

  • Packages left unrefrigerated at the delivery address for extended periods of time.
  • Packages transferred back to freight location due to customer absence at the delivery address or incorrect or missing address information.
  • Delay in delivery time or delivery cancellation due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address, weather, or FedEx transportation mechanical issues.
