• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. light rum |
• | 3/4 oz. dark rum |
• | Juice of a small lime |
• | 1 oz. simple syrup |
• | Crushed ice |
Method: | |
1. | Mix in a blender with 1 scoop crushed ice. |
2. | Pour into a highball glass; fill with fresh crushed ice. |
