| • | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Cranberry Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Red Raspberry Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. lime juice |
| • | small sprig of mint (muddle) |
| • | small sprig of mint (for garnish) |
| Method: | |
| 1. | In a mixing glass muddle mint. Add Raspberry and Cranberry purees. Add the rest of ingredients along with ice. Shake and strain over new ice in old fashion glass. Garnish with sprig of fresh mint. Serve. |
