• Bi-weekly and monthly prizes awarded to the distributor or broker representatives with the most sample requests!

Eligibility: Must be a Distributor Sales Representative or Broker representative for The Perfect Purée products (United States only)
Program Period: January 1, 2015 – September 15, 2015 (midnight Pacific Standard Time)
Bi-Weekly Winner: Top sample order leader for the first and third week each month
Monthly Winner: Top samples leader overall for the month
Grand Prize Winner: Awarded to the top 12 Representatives (plus a guest) with the most direct sample leads from 1/1/15 – 9/15/15

OFFICIAL RULES

• Distributor or Broker representative can complete the web entry form on behalf of the end-user and all required information must be provided including recipient’s name, title, address, email address, and up to 8 flavors selected.
• Foodservice professionals may request samples, but must include broker’s or distributor‘s name for representative to receive credit for the sample order.
• Multiple sample orders to the same end-user will be counted unique if:
  • Different flavors are requested in each shipment
  • Shipments do not exceed 3 total
• Grand prize winner must be 21 years of age and agree to use of name and image by The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley. Guest must also be 21 years of age.

Weekly prizes: First and third week of each month: Gift cards
Monthly prizes: Gift baskets, Beats, iPads & more!
Grand Prize: (awarded to top 12 representatives)

• Roundtrip airfare (Sales Rep. plus a guest)
• Hotel accommodations for 3 nights (single room, double occupancy)
• Dinner and local excursion
