Blood Orange Negroni

Octavio Barrera and Matthew Steinhausen, Cuvee Napa Valley

    • 1 1/2 oz. Charbay Blood Orange Vodka
    • 1/2 oz. Campari
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate,  thawed
    • Splash of Punt e Mes Sweet Vermouth
    • Dash of simple syrup
    • Dash of freshly squeezed blood orange juice
1. Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker.
2. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Garnish with blood orange slice and serve.
Experiment with quantities of the last three ingredients to get the sweet and sour ratio to your liking.
