| • | 1/8 oz. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour, thawed |
| • | 1/4 oz. simple syrup |

| 1. | Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. |
