Picante Pineapple Fizz 1 drink The Perfect Purée

Ingredients for Picante Pineapple Fizz:

• ¾ oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple concentrate, thawed
• ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour blend, thawed
• 1 ¾ oz. sparkling water
• 4 Tastecraft Freeze-Dried Pineapple Pieces, garnish

Method for Picante Pineapple Fizz:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, except sparkling water and Tastecraft Pineapple Pieces.
2. Shake and serve over the rocks.
3. Top with sparkling water.
4. Garnish with Tastecraft Pineapple Float & enjoy: Float 4 Tastecraft Pineapple Pieces on top and enjoy!
