    • 1 oz. Campari
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree,  thawed
    • 1 oz. fresh orange juice
    • 3 oz. ginger beer
    • mint sprig for garnish
1. Combine ingredients (except ginger beer) into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker. Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice. Top with the ginger beer and garnish with a mint sprig. Serve.
