| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Kiwi Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. créme de menthe |
| • | 1/2 oz. lime juice |
| • | 2 slices cucumber |

| 1. | Combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into collins glass. Top with soda and serve. |
