    • 1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Solera
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Banana Puree, thawed
    • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed
    • 1 oz. coconut water
    • Shaved coconut and chocolate for garnish
Method:
In a mixing glass combine all ingredients and add ice. Shake vigorously and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with shaved coconut and chocolate.
