| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |

| • | 3 dashes angostura bitters |
| • | Bruce Cost Ginger Ale (to top) |

| 1. | Combine ingredients except for ginger ale into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into serving glass. Top with ginger ale and serve. |
