The Di & Lou Punch 1 batch Jonathan Pogash / The Cocktail Guru; Event - Rock Creek Conservancy Gala 2021

Ingredients:

• 1/2 jar The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed
• 1/2 jar The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
• 1 gal. apple cider
• 1/2 gal. limeade

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl and stir to combine. Ladle into a rocks glass with ice and garnish with shredded coconut, pineapple leaf, and a pineapple wedge.
