1 1/2 oz. Bacardi 8
1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Sour blend, thawed
1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Sweet Hibiscus blend, thawed
1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed
1 oz. pineapple juice
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Method:
In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients, except Angostura and shake with ice. Pour into glass and serve.
