• | 1/2 oz. Aperol |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice |
• | 3/4 oz. simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water ratio) |
• | Slice of orange (garnish) |
• | Cherry (garnish) |

Add all ingredients, except for the Aperol, into a shaker with ice. Shake and double-strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice. Float Aperol on cocktail. Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry. | |
