| • | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. Patron Tequila |
| • | 1 oz. Cointreau, Grand Marnier or Orange Liqueur |
| • | 2 oz. fresh lemon and lime juices |
| • | fresh lime slices |
| • | Kosher salt or cocktail salt for rim |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Add Prickly Pear Puree, ice and remaining ingredients into cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Pour into salted bucket/margarita glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh lime. Serve. |
| Blended Method: | |
| Add Prickly Pear Puree, 1 cup of ice and remaining ingredients into an electric blender. Blend until foamy and slushy. Pour into salted margarita glass. Garnish with slice of fresh lime. Serve. | |
| Salted Rim: | |
| Dip mouth/rim of bucket or margarita glass into fresh lime juice. Then place in salt on a flat plate. | |
