• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1/2 tsp. Honey Syrup |
• | Orange peel twist |

Method: |
1. | In a Rocks Glass add 0.5 oz of blood orange puree, 1/2 teaspoon of Campari Liquor, 1/2 teaspoon of Honey syrup (2:1 ratio), a dash of bitters, stir the ingredients until the mix well. Fill the glass with ice, then add 1.5 oz. Campo De Encanto Pisco, 1.2 oz. Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac, and stir well again. Garnish with an orange peel twist. |
