| • | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Green Apple Puree, thawed |
| • | 2 oz. Square One™ Organic Vodka |
| • | 1/2 oz. Calvados |
| • | 1/2 oz. Agave nectar or simple syrup |
| • | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
| • | 1 slice of green apple |
| • | 1 dash of grated nutmeg |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine Green Apple Puree and remaining ingredients into a Boston shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain and pour over ice in an old fashion glass. Garnish with a slice of green apple and dust with grated nutmeg. Serve. |
