• | 1 1/2 oz. Hennessy Cognac® |
• | 1/2 oz. Chambord® |
• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1 oz. fresh orange juice, infused with Rosemary |
• | 1/4 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice |
• | 2 dashes grapefruit bitters |

Prepare the orange juice infused with rosemary ahead of time. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange slice dipped in vanilla sugar & a sprig of rosemary and serve. | |
