| • | 2 oz. Charbay Tahitian Vanilla Bean Rum |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. lime sour (equal parts lime juice and simple syrup) |
| • | 1 oz. soda water |
| • | handful of mint |
| • | 1 Gläce Luxury Ice G³ (G-cubed) |
| • | lemon wheel for garnish |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Place a lemon wheel at the bottom of a cordial glass, add a G³ ice cube and set aside. Add remaining ingredients except soda into Boston Shaker with regular ice. Shake and strain into cordial glass over G³ ice cube. Serve. |
