2 oz. House Spirits Casa Magdalena Rum
3/4 The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree, thawed
3/4 simple syrup
3 lemon wedges
6-8 mint leaves
1 sugar cube
Method:
Muddle the lemon, mint, Pink Guava Purée and simple syrup and then add the rum and shake. Double fine strain onto pebble ice in a double old fashioned glass and garnish with edible flowers and mint.
