• | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
• | 2 oz. Horchata concentrate |
• | Shaved coconut for garnish |
• | Cinnamon for garnish |

In a mixing glass add all the ingredients with ice. Shake vigorously and serve in a glass with shave coconut, top with nutmeg and orange slice. | |
Blended version: | |
Add all ingredients to a blender. Add ice and blend. Pour into a glass and garnish with coconut and cinnamon. |
