| • | 3/4 oz. Stoli Jalapeño Vodka |
| • | 1 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour blend, thawed |
| • | 3 oz. tomato juice |
| • | Tabasco sauce |
| • | Juice of 1 fresh lime |
| • | Cilantro (muddle) |
| Method: | |
| In a large mixing glass, muddle fresh lime juice and cilantro. Add ice, tequila, jalapeño vodka, Chipotle Sour blend, tomato juice, and a few drops of Tobasco sauce and shake. Pour into a glass rimmed with a mix of Kosher salt, celery salt and black pepper. Garnish with a cherry tomato and cilantro. | |
