    • 1 1/4 oz. Absolut Orient Apple Vodka
    • 1 oz. Granny’s Sour Apple Schnapps
    • 1 oz. Dolin Blanc Vermouth Infused with fresh thyme
    • 1 oz. Fresh Sweet & Sour
    • 1 splash The Perfect Purée Green Apple Puree, thawed
    • Sprig of fresh thyme
Method:
1. For infused Vermouth: In a large Lexan container, infuse 12 bottles of Dolin Blanc Vermouth with half-pound bag of fresh thyme for four days, covered at room temperature. Strain through a fine mesh strainer. Cover and refrigerate for up to one month.
2. Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake well to chill and combine. Strain into a chilled martini/cocktail glass. Garnish with thyme and serve.
