• | 1 1/4 oz. Absolut Orient Apple Vodka |
• | 1 oz. Granny’s Sour Apple Schnapps |
• | 1 oz. Dolin Blanc Vermouth Infused with fresh thyme |
• | 1 oz. Fresh Sweet & Sour |
• | 1 splash The Perfect Purée Green Apple Puree, thawed |
• | Sprig of fresh thyme |
Method: | |
1. | For infused Vermouth: In a large Lexan container, infuse 12 bottles of Dolin Blanc Vermouth with half-pound bag of fresh thyme for four days, covered at room temperature. Strain through a fine mesh strainer. Cover and refrigerate for up to one month. |
2. | Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake well to chill and combine. Strain into a chilled martini/cocktail glass. Garnish with thyme and serve. |
