| • | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit, thawed |
| • | 1/4 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 1/2 oz. Fee Brothers coffee syrup |
| • | 1/2 oz. orange juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | orange and lime peels for garnish |
| • | pineapple finger for garnish |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine ingredients except garnishes into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker. Pour unstained into an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with lengths of spiral-cut orange peel and lime peel, coiled inside the glass. Add pineapple finger. Serve. |
