• | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Cranberry Puree, thawed |
• | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
• | 2 oz. pineapple juice |
• | 3/4 oz. grenadine |
• | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
• | 1 dash bitters |
• | Orange twist (for garnish) |

In a mixing glass add all the ingredients; add ice and shake. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange twist. Serve. | |
