    • 1 1/2 oz. El Dorado 12 Year Rum
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Coconut Puree,  thawed
    • 1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
    • 1/4 oz. orange juice
    • pineapple leaves (for garnish)
Method:
. Combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into glass. Garnish with pineapple leaves and serve.
