| • | 1 oz. Ardberg single malt scotch whiskey |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear puree, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 1/4 oz agave nectar |
| • | 2 dashes orange bitters |
| • | 1 lemon twist (garnish) |

| 1. | Shake ingredients very well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist. |
