| • | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour Blend, thawed |

| • | coarse turbinado sugar | 
| • | lime curl (garnish) |

| 1. | Rim a pint glass with the turbinado sugar, fill with ice and set aside. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and ingredients. Shake vigorously and strain into prepared pint glass. Garnish with a lime curl and enjoy. |
