| • | 2 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Sangria, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. Chinaco Reposado Tequila |
| • | 1/2 oz. Luxardo Triplum Triple Sec |
| • | 1/2 lime |
| • | 1 red pepper wheel |
| • | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
| • | salt & pepper for rimmer |
| Method: | |
| 1. | In a mixing glass, muddle the red pepper with the Red Sangria. Add the Chinaco, Luxardo, lime and simple syrup to the glass. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled ice glass. Garnish with salt and pepper rimmer. Serve. |
