Rojo Margarita

1 drink

    • 2 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Sangria,  thawed
    • 1 oz. Chinaco Tequila Anejo
    • 1/2 lime
    • 1 red pepper wheel
    • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
    • 1/2 oz. Cointreau®
    • salt and pepper for rimmer
1. In a mixing glass, muddle the red pepper with the Red Sangria. Add Chinaco, Cointreau, lime and simple syrup to the glass. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled ice glass. Garnish with salt and pepper rimmer. Serve.
