Smokey El Corazon1 drink |
| • | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon, thawed |
| • | 1 lime, juiced |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. 100% de Agave Reposado Tequila® |
| • | 1/2 chilled Del Maguey Single Village Mezcal® |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. |
| 2. | Shake vigorously and strain into a pint glass. |
| 3. | Pour into the rimmed glass. |
| 3. | Garnish with Del Maguey Single Village Mezcal®, floating 1/2 a lime that has been squeezed and flipped inside out. |
