Strawberry Sombrero

    • 2 1/2 oz. tequila
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry puree,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
    • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 3 basil leaves (muddle)
    • 1 jalapeno slice (muddle)
    • 1 watermelon slice
    • 1 strawberry slice (garnish)
Method:
1. Muddle the fruit in the simple and lime. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain over ice into a Collins glass. Garnish with a strawberry slice.
