Thai Tango1 drink |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. Kaffir Lime simple syrup |
• | 1/8 tsp. red curry |
• | 1 oz. lime vodka |
Method: | |
1. | Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. |
2. | Strain into a martini glass. |
3. | Float a Kaffir lime leaf on top. |
