• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
• | 1/2 oz. smoked honey |
• | 1 jalapeño slice |
• | 3 dashes Angostura Bitters |
• | pear wedge (garnish) |
• | flamed green chartreuse (garnish) |
Method: | |
1. | Muddle jalapeño and bitters. Add rest of ingredients. Shake with ice. Pour up into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with a pear wedge & flamed Green Chartreuse. |
