    • 2 oz. Ilegal Mezcal
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
    • 1/2 oz. smoked honey
    • 1 jalapeño slice
    • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
    • pear wedge (garnish)
    • flamed green chartreuse (garnish)
Method:
1. Muddle jalapeño and bitters. Add rest of ingredients. Shake with ice. Pour up into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with a pear wedge & flamed Green Chartreuse.
