| • | 1 1/4 oz. rum |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Black Currant, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. sweet & sour mix |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine all ingredients with ice into a cocktail shaker. |
| 2. | Shake vigorously for 6 seconds. |
| 3. | Strain into a martini glass and garnish with lemon twist. |
