• | 2 oz. Charbay Green Tea Vodka |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. egg white |
• | 1/2 oz. orange zest honey |
• | 1/2 oz. lemon juice (infused with kaffir lime leaves) |
• | 1/2 oz. coconut |
• | Fever Tree Ginger beer (to top) |

Combine ingredients except for ginger beer into a mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain into serving glass. Top with ginger beer. |
