    • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree,  thawed
    • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper,  thawed
    • 2 oz. cranberry juice
    • splash of soda
    • fresh basil (for garnish)
    • lemon wheel (for garnish)
Method:
1. In a mixing glass add Thai Basil & Black Pepper, Mango Puree and ice. Shake vigorously with a Boston Shaker and strain into a high ball glass. Top with cranberry juice and soda. Garnish with basil and lemon wheel. Serve.
