Ingredients:
- 1 oz. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley El Corazon, thawed
- 1 oz. Apple juice
- 1 oz. Barritt’s Ginger Beer
- 1/2 oz. Rich cinnamon simple syrup
Method:
- Shake together puree, juice, and syrup. Strain into a cocktail glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with an orange twist.
