| • | 1 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/2 cup red wine vinegar |
| • | 1 shallot, finely diced |
| • | 2 fresh strawberries, finely diced |
| • | 1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper |
| • | 12 oysters |
