• | 16 oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree, thawed |
• | 16 oz. The Perfect Purée Kiwi Puree, thawed |
• | 4 oz. sour cream |
• | 4 oz. whipping cream |
• | 8 oz. dry white table wine |
• | 1 cup sifted confectioner’s sugar |
Method: | |
1. | In a bowl stir together sour cream and whipping cream. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 24 hours to make creme fraiche. |
2. | In a large saucepot stir together Strawberry puree, Kiwi puree, wine, and sugar. Bring mixture to boiling; remove from heat and cool completely. |
3. | Transfer cooled puree mixture to a large mixing bowl; fold in creme fraiche. Cover and chill in refrigerator until serving time. Serve chilled. |
