• | 2 oz. white rum |
• | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1 oz. Blueberry Mint Syrup |
• | 1/2 oz. Shaker and Spoon Seaweed Bay Lime Cordial |
• | Club soda |
• | Fresh blueberries and key lime wheel |
Method for Blueberry Mint Syrup: | |
• | 1 cup blueberries |
• | 1 cup fresh mint |
• | 1 1/2 cup water |
• | 1 cup sugar |
Method for Blueberry Mint Syrup: | |
Bring water and sugar combined to boil. Add Mint and Blueberries until macerated. Remove from heat and strain out fruit and herbs, then chill. | |
Method for Cocktail: | |
Prepare chilled Rocks glass with 3-4 square ice cubes. Combine all ingredients except fresh blueberries and mint into mixing tin with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Strain blended contents into glass and top with club soda. Place lime wheel on the rim and adorn with fresh blueberries on top to serve. | |
