• | 2 oz. KIN White Whiskey |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Blackberry Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. Earl Grey simple syrup |
• | 1 1/2 oz. lemon |
• | 1 egg white |

Add all ingredients to shaker without ice and dry shake. Add ice to shaker and continue to shake. Double strain into chilled glass (or tea cup). | |
