• | 3/4 cup The Perfect Purée Orange Zest, thawed |
• | 1 cup The Perfect Purée Mandarin/Tangerine Concentrate, thawed |
• | 3/4 cup sugar |
• | 2 tbsp. pectin, apple |
• | 1/2 tsp. citric acid |
• | 2 tsp. salt, kosher |
Method: | |
1. | Whisk the mixture together, no lumps. |
2. | Bring mixture to a boil, simmer for 2 minutes until thickened. |
3. | Cool and reserve in quart container. |
