| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Cranberry Puree, thawed |

| • | 3/4 oz. lemon juice |
| • | 2 dashes orange bitters |

| Add all ingredients with ice into a cocktail shaker and quick hard shake. Double strain into coup glass and garnish with 2 cubes of fig and 2 dried cranberries. | |
