| • | 1 1/2 oz. Charbay R5 Lot 5 Whiskey |
| • | 1/2 oz. Beef Whiskey |
| • | 1/4 oz. Amaretto |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. cinnamon syrup |
| • | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. grapefruit juice |
| For the Beef Whiskey: | |
| • | 1 bottle Charbay R5 Lot 5 Whiskey |
| • | 5 oz. spicy beef jerky |
| Method for the Beef Whiskey: | |
| Combine all ingredients in a large container and let it sit for 24 hours. Strain out the jerky. | |
| For the Cinnamon simple syrup: | |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. Fee Brothers Old Fashioned bitters |
| • | 32 oz. simple syrup |
| Method for the Cinnamon Simple Syrup: | |
| Combine bitters and simple syrup together. | |
| Method for the Cocktail: | |
| Simply combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, then shake and strain into a coupe. Garnish with a piece of candied bacon. | |
