Ingredients

• 2 oz. Macchu Pisco
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blackberry Puree, thawed
• 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz. Sugar cane simple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice (shake for 5-6 seconds), then strain and serve.
2. Garnish with red raspberries.
