• | Aji Panca Salt Rim |
For the Aji Panca Chili Guava Syrup: | |
• | 5 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree, thawed |
• | 5 oz. sugar |
• | 1 1/2 tbsp. ground Aji Panca Chili |
Method for the Aji Panca Chili Guava Syrup: | |
Blend until incorporated. | |
For the Aji Panca Salt Rim: | |
• | 1 part ground Aji Panca Chili |
• | 2 part salt |

Mix until incorporated. | |
