| • | 1/8 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |

| • | 3/4 oz. lime juice |
| • | 3/4 oz. simple syrup |

| In a cocktail shaker combine all the ingredients with ice, shake and serve in a tall glass. Serve over the rocks with volcanic black salt and lime peel. | |
