• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree, thawed |
• | 1/8 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
• | 2 oz. kombucha |
• | 3/4 oz. lime juice |
• | 3/4 oz. simple syrup |

In a cocktail shaker combine all the ingredients with ice, shake and serve in a tall glass. Serve over the rocks with volcanic black salt and lime peel. | |
