• | 2 oz. The Perfect Puree Blackberry Puree, thawed |
• | 1 1/2 cups long white rice (2 cups of water) |
• | 2 cinnamon sticks |
• | 1/2 cup sugar |
• | 1 tbsp. vanilla extract |
• | 1/2 cup whole milk |
Method for the Horchata: | |
Soak all ingredients except Blackberry Puree in a pot for more than 8 hours. | |
Method for the Drink: | |
Combine 12 oz. of horchata to every 2 oz. of Blackberry Puree into a blender. Blend with fresh ice. |
